MacKinnon can have the Calder, sure.

I think Rask will win/deserves the Vezina. Bishop's finishes in third place on that one for me.

I agree Mackinnon will win Calder, but it wasn't a runaway like everyone thinks

Good article, as always.

Now; is there any amount of money that we can use to persuade you to switch coaches with us...???

We pick 19 and 28 in the first round. Would love to see a blog about your top choices for us. Shut up Riley, we all know you love the Russian!

Carlyle has his issues, but I think the real problem is sitting in the GM's chair.

I would love to see Cooper get the Adams... I have a feeling that Roy gets it for the name recognition (not that he's undeserving).

Coach Cooper will have the Adams before long. And, hopefully, Lord Stanley to go along with it...

ill be feeling like poop when we dont pick him and in 1-5 years he is tearing us up every time we (frank)ing play if he even fell to 19, it would be a miracle.. to me, he deserves to be top 15

barbashev namestnikov kucherov??? in 3 years

really though outside of the popular names and him, i am not all familiar with the draft this year. id like to see us pick up a big hard hitting defenseman, though. and a nice skilled power forward as well

me too, he is a skilled power forward.. he does everything!
i know its juniors but i saw him playing against drouin and he was probably the best player on the ice (drouin didnt have a great game) that being said id still put drouin the 2nd best player that was on the ice lol

haha fitting. i should be a prospect analyzer...im glad he picked him
an all-purpose, all-situation multi-faceted centre.

hm, sounds kinda familiar *scrolls up*

Stamkos
Johnson
Namestnikov
Barbashev

in 5 years, will there be any arguments with that lineup? No. None. 4 top 6 centers . Thank you

*Potentially*

ya but he is too young, is he not?

nvm , i was thinking of Vladimir Tkachyov for some reason. I knew barbashev had another electric line mate but only knew his last name started with a "T" . he is very good as well

I dont see what is so special about namesnikov... He tore up the ahl only when he was riding shotgun beside kucherov.... I dont think his offensive game will translate to the nhl... his defensive game may though.

i think he will , note that is just pure speculation based on what i saw from him during his short stint with the Lightning at the NHL level this past season, and if thats how he is going to thrive, then just put him back with kucherov? who cares if he needs him? if hes good with him, put him there

BTW i dont agree he NEEDS kucherov, just sayin'

Not sure. We have a poopload of wingers, and not many centers. Can't see why that would happen
